Question Brass plugin needed

I really need a plugin that has really good sounding brass instruments and/or strings instruments.

I've had a lot of problems using DSK Brass & DSK Strings. When I try to render a song in FL studio 7 and 8, the song is rendered like the DSK plugins are not on. Afterwards the plugins doesn't play notes after I rendered the song.

I tried to use both plugins in the channel list and also as FX plugin combining them with the MIDI Out plugin (in the channel list). Both ways are not an option for use with the plugins.

I already found Cakewalk Studio Instruments, but I still need a brass instruments plugin. But which plugin do you recommend me to use instead of DSK Brass?

I thing I would be better off with a link or a name. Soundfonts don't really statisfy me when I'm using FL studio 8. But I hope I can find something better soon.
